Deine Aufgaben

Du möchtest nicht nur Finance-Transformationen begleiten, sondern die Zukunft der Unternehmenssteuerung und -planung aktiv mitgestalten? Als (Senior) Manager CFO Advisory berätst du CFOs und Finance Leadership Teams bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Planungs-, Steuerungs- und Performance-Management-Fähigkeiten.

Dabei verbindest du fundierte Performance-Management/Planning-Expertise mit innovativen Ansätzen aus Data, AI und modernen EPM-Technologien. Du leitest anspruchsvolle Transformationsprojekte, entwickelst unser Beratungsangebot rund um Future of Planning und AI-enabled FP&A weiter und positionierst es aktiv im Schweizer Markt.

  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit CFOs und Finance Leadership Teams zukunftsorientierte Steuerungs-, Planungs- und Performance-Management-Ansätze.
  • Du leitest anspruchsvolle Finance-Transformationsprojekte mit Fokus auf Future of Planning, Performance Management und Finance Target Operating Models.
  • Du gestaltest innovative Lösungen für AI-enabled FP&A an der Schnittstelle von Finance, Data, AI und modernen EPM-Technologien.
  • Du verantwortest Projektergebnisse, führst und entwickelst Projektteams und berätst Stakeholder auf Management- und C-Level.
  • Du baust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen aus, gewinnst neue Projekte und positionierst unsere Beratungsleistungen aktiv im Schweizer Markt.
  • Du treibst den Ausbau unseres Beratungsangebots in den Bereichen CFO Advisory und Future of Planning voran und unterstützt die Entwicklung unserer Mitarbeitenden.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling, Accounting oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung abgeschlossen.
  • Du verfügst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Managementberatung mit Fokus auf Finance Transformation, FP&A, Controlling oder Enterprise Performance Management. Praktische Erfahrung in einer Finanzorganisation ist von Vorteil.
  • Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Leitung von Finance-Transformationsprojekten mit, insbesondere in den Bereichen Future of Planning, Steuerungsmodelle oder Finance Target Operating Models.
  • Du kennst moderne EPM- und xP&A-Lösungen und interessierst dich für die Einsatzmöglichkeiten von Data, Analytics und AI in der Finanzfunktion.
  • Du verbindest fachliche Anforderungen mit technologischen Lösungsansätzen und kommunizierst sicher mit Stakeholdern auf Management- und C-Level.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Projektteams und überzeugst durch hohe Kunden-, Ergebnis- und Qualitätsorientierung.
  • Du verfügst über ein Netzwerk im Schweizer Finance-Umfeld und hast Erfahrung in der Positionierung und im Verkauf von Beratungsleistungen.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägtes Ownership und Freude am Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen aus.
  • Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch. Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
