Aufgaben

Bei der BBH Solutions AG, dem Legal-Tech-Startup der renommierten BBH Gruppe, gestalten wir die Zukunft der Rechtsberatung. Seit 2021 entwickeln und vertreiben wir innovative Software-Lösungen, die den Rechtsmarkt digitalisieren.

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams im operativen Tagesgeschäft und Kommunikation zu Mandant:innen, Interessent:innen und Partner:innen
  • Qualifizierung und Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen (Inbound Sales) & Unterstützung bei der Neukundengewinnung inkl. Erstansprache (Outbound Sales)
  • Pflege von Kundendaten und Vertriebsaktivitäten im CRM und Erstellung sowie Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Vorbereitung von Kundenterminen, Präsentationen und Vertriebsunterlagen
  • Recherche zu Zielkunden, Märkten und Wettbewerbern

Profil

  • Bachelor-/oder Masterstudiengang in BWL, Marketing, Vertrieb, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studienfach
  • Wünschenswert: Erste Erfahrungen im Austausch mit Kund:innen, Mandant:innen oder externen Stakeholdern
  • Interesse an Legal Tech, Vertrieb, Kundenkommunikation und Business Development
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Begeisterungsfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. auf dem Niveau C1)
