Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortlicher Einzug der offenen Forderungen unserer Mandant:innen und Steuerung der Forderungsmanagementaktivitäten durch sämtliche Beitreibungsphasen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Mandanten- und Schuldnerkorrespondenz
  • Beantwortung telefonischer Anfragen der Forderungsschuldner, einschließlich Abschluss von Zahlungsvereinbarungen, Führen von Vergleichsverhandlungen und Klärung von Reklamationen/Einwendungen
  • Bearbeitung der digitalen Akten sowie die Termin- und Fristenerfassung und -kontrolle
  • Bearbeitung des Posteingangs
  • Erstellung von Kostenfestsetzungsanträgen
  • Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Präsentationen und Vorträgen

Profil

  • Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte:r oder Notarfachangestellte:r (m/w/d), gerne auch mit Berufserfahrung
  • Strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und Flexibilität
  • Hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, positive Ausstrahlung sowie Spaß am Arbeiten im Team
  • Versierter Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen Excel, PowerPoint und Word
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (mind. auf dem Niveau C1)
