Aufgaben

Sie unterstützen bei der anwaltlichen Tätigkeit im Bereich der Energiesteuern und dem Brennstoffemissionshandel und bilden somit eine Schnittstelle zwischen der juristischen Beratung, der Koordinierung von Projekten sowie insbesondere der Betreuung und Entwicklung intelligenter IT-Lösungen im Kontext der Datenaufbereitung und -auswertung. Themen und Aufgaben weißen dabei oft einen technisch-wirtschaftlichen Bezug auf, wie etwa die Erneuerbare Strom- und Wärmeerzeugung, Energieversorgung, Batteriespeicher oder Elektromobilität.

  • Direkter Kontakt mit Energieversorgern, Industrie- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen
  • Aufnahme, Prüfung und (erste) Bewertung von Unternehmenssachverhalten und (Energie-) Daten
  • Begleitung der administrativen Aufgaben und Vorbereitung von Energiesteuererklärungen
  • Arbeit mit hoher Selbstständigkeit in einem erfahrenen Team

Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (erste und/oder zweite juristische Staatsprüfung), des Wirtschaftsrechts oder eine vergleichbare juristische Qualifikation
  • Vorkenntnis im Verbrauchsteuer- oder Energiebereich ist hilfreich, aber nicht notwendig
  • Interesse an wirtschaftlichen und technischen Sachverhalten und rechtlichen Fragen
  • Strukturierte, praktische und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationstalent und starke Mandantenorientierung
  • Interesse an neuen Technologien sowie die Bereitschaft, die Möglichkeiten von Künstlicher Intelligenz für die tägliche Arbeit kennenzulernen und anzuwenden
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. auf dem Niveau C1), gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
