The posting

Als operator in onze afdeling Warme Keuken ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig bedienen van verschillende productiemachines. In deze afdeling worden ingrediënten en bereidingen gebakken, gegaard, gemengd en gekookt.

Je bedient onder andere de kookketel, afvulmachine, menger en combi-stoomovens. Daarnaast bereid je gerechten en componenten volgens onze kwaliteits-, hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als keukenoperator ben jij de rechterhand van de teamleader in de warme keuken en ondersteun je hen bij het produceren van de bereidingen.
  • Je staat in voor het bereiden/uitvoeren van de recepten. Hiervoor kan je: o De taken van de keukenmedewerkers overnemen bij afwezigheid. o Voer je de nodige controles uit op vlak van kwaliteit grondstoffen en deze grondstoffen indien nodig voorbereiden op verwerking. Hiervoor werk je (in functie van de drukte) samen met de keukenmedewerkers die je dan ook op een correcte manier informeert en begeleidt bij het uitvoeren van hun taken. o Zelfstandig de recepturen volgen en uitvoeren volgens de kwaliteits- en IFS-regels. o De industriële toestellen na en tussen elke productie van de correcte reiniging voorzien in lijn met de hygiënevoorschriften. o Kruidenmengelingen klaarzetten volgens de recepten bij afwezigheid van de medewerker ontvangst goederen.
  • Diepvriesgrondstoffen en recepturen correct klaarzetten volgens de productieopdracht
  • Etiketteren van halffabricaten en afboeken via ons computersysteem
  • Temperatuurregistratie van de afkoeling

Je zal werken in van 3u-11u30. Hierdoor ontvang je een nachttoeslag maar ook een koudepremie.

Belangrijk te weten , in december is het heel druk bij ons en kan je geen verlof nemen.

  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands (spreken, lezen, schrijven én begrijpen). Goed Engels en/of Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je kunt vlot rekenen, gewichten aflezen en overweg met een weegschaal.
  • Je hebt een opleiding in een keukenrichting (grootkeuken, kok, traiteur medewerker, slager) achter de rug of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent op de hoogte omtrent de regels voor voedselveiligheid.
  • Je kunt werken met een manuele transpalet
  • je bent flexibel en vindt het een uitdaging om te schakelen tussen verschillende afdelingen
  • Je bent stressbestendig: het kan er al eens druk aan toe gaan bij Marblo 😊
  • Je bent zelf ook netjes en verzorgd: wij kunnen geen gelnagels, overdadige make-up, zichtbare piercings etc… toelaten in onze productie.
