Estamos à procura de um Coordenador de Logística organizado, analítico e orientado para resultados, para liderar e supervisionar as operações logísticas, garantindo a eficiência dos processos, o cumprimento dos prazos e SLAs, a produtividade das equipes e a utilização adequada dos recursos operacionais.

Responsabilidades:

Será responsável por coordenar as operações de recebimento, armazenagem, movimentação e expedição, acompanhando indicadores de desempenho, capacidade operacional, produtividade e qualidade dos processos. Entre suas atribuições, estão o planejamento e distribuição de recursos, gestão de equipes, acompanhamento de estoques e inventários, identificação de gargalos e riscos operacionais, implementação de melhorias contínuas, além de garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos de segurança e das normas estabelecidas.

  • Coordenar as operações logísticas de recebimento, armazenagem, movimentação e expedição, Garantindo a eficiência e o cumprimento dos procedimentos dos processos logísticos
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho, produtividade, backlog e SLAs
  • Planejar e distribuir recursos de acordo com volume, prioridades e capacidade operacional
  • Gerenciar equipes, acompanhar desempenho e desenvolver colaboradores
  • Garantir o cumprimento de prazos, metas e níveis de serviço
  • Monitorar a movimentação, armazenagem e endereçamento dos produtos
  • Coordenar a interface entre Logística, Transporte, Expedição, Recebimento e demais áreas
  • Identificar gargalos, riscos, erros, perdas e oportunidades de melhoria
  • Elaborar e acompanhar planos de ação para melhoria dos resultados
  • Acompanhar a utilização de sistemas WMS, ERP e demais ferramentas da operação
  • Realizar feedbacks, orientar e desenvolver as equipes

Competências:

  • Formação superior em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência comprovada em operações logísticas e cargos de liderança
  • Experiência com recebimento, armazenagem, movimentação e expedição
  • Conhecimento em gestão de estoques, inventários e acuracidade
  • Conhecimento em indicadores de desempenho e SLAs logísticos
  • Experiência com gestão de equipes e desenvolvimento de pessoas
  • Conhecimento em WMS, ERP e ferramentas de gestão
  • Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para relacionamento entre áreas
  • Capacidade de identificar e implementar melhorias contínuas
  • Proatividade e iniciativa
  • Domínio de técnicas de planejamento e controle
