Per la stagione 2027 nel ruolo di Addetto/a alle pulizie presso Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, contribuirai in modo diretto alla qualità e all’eccellenza dell’esperienza degli ospiti, prendendoti cura delle camere, delle aree comuni e degli spazi di servizio secondo gli elevati standard Belmond. Inserito/a all’interno del team Housekeeping, lavorerai in un contesto unico, dove attenzione al dettaglio, collaborazione e rispetto per la tradizione si uniscono a un’ospitalità autentica. Requirements

  • Curare la pulizia e il riassetto delle camere, assicurando il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e di igiene Belmond.
  • Garantire l’ordine e la pulizia delle aree comuni dell’hotel.
  • Rifornire gli office ai piani con biancheria, amenities e materiali necessari alle operazioni quotidiane.
  • Fornire supporto alle attività di lavanderia in base alle esigenze operative.
  • Occuparsi della pulizia e del mantenimento della staff house e degli spogliatoi del personale.
  • Collaborare con il responsabile di reparto e con il team Housekeeping per garantire efficienza e continuità del servizio.

Requisiti

  • Buone capacità comunicative e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
  • Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare su turni.
  • Attenzione al dettaglio e cura per l’ordine e la pulizia.
  • Affidabilità, precisione e senso di responsabilità.
  • Capacità di seguire procedure operative e indicazioni del responsabile.
  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo o in contesti simili costituisce un plus.
