Como Analista de Segurança de Alimentos JR, você será responsável por garantir os mais altos padrões de qualidade e segurança dos alimentos, apoiando nossas operações e promovendo uma cultura de excelência e boas práticas.

O QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ

  • Acompanhar os processos de segurança dos alimentos em toda a operação, do recebimento à distribuição.
  • Monitorar padrões higiênico-sanitários, temperaturas, validade, armazenamento e identificação dos alimentos.
  • Realizar inspeções nas áreas de A&B, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e acompanhando planos de ação.
  • Ministrar treinamentos e orientar as equipes sobre Boas Práticas e segurança dos alimentos.
  • Apoiar a implementação e manutenção do sistema HACCP e a atualização do Manual de Boas Práticas.
  • Organizar controles, registros e documentações de segurança dos alimentos, garantindo conformidade com a legislação.
  • Apoiar auditorias, visitas técnicas a fornecedores e fiscalizações dos órgãos reguladores.
  • Contribuir para a gestão de alergênicos e para uma cultura de qualidade, prevenção e excelência em toda a operação.

Requirements

  • Ensino Superior completo em Nutrição, com registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Nutrição (CRN).
  • Vivência mínima de 1 ano em Segurança dos Alimentos, adquirida em estágio em hotelaria, restaurantes ou operações gastronômicas.
  • Conhecimento das principais legislações e normas de Segurança dos Alimentos e Vigilância Sanitária.
  • Conhecimento de Boas Práticas de Manipulação e noções de HACCP/APPCC.
  • Conhecimento do Pacote Office.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar das 22h00 às 06h42 (madrugada)
