La nostra iconica struttura è arroccata nella collina di Portofino, con una vista spettacolare sui panorami del Tigullio e sulla baia di Portofino. Per la stagione 2027, siamo alla ricerca di un Giardiniere, che entri a fare parte del nostro Team Splendido.

Il/La candidato/a ideale è disposto a raggiungere obiettivi individuali e di squadra attraverso la passione e l'impegno. Riporterà direttamente al nostro Chief Engineer.

Main duties & responsabilities:

  • Progettazione, messa in posa delle piante e manutenzione dei giardini dell'Hotel;
  • Assicurare la corretta cura delle piante e degli alberi presenti nella struttura;
  • Gestione e manutenzione degli impianti di irrigazione.

Requirements

  • Esperienza precedente nell'ambito del giardinaggio e della cura delle piante.
  • Conoscenza degli strumenti operativi e della loro manutenzione.
  • Conoscenza nell'ambito della salute delle piante e del trattamento di possibili malattie.
  • Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza.
  • Comunicazione efficace, intelligenza emotiva, adattabilità.
  • Orientato agli obiettivi: fornire un servizio genuino e costante di alto livello anticipando e superando le aspettative di ospiti e colleghi.

  • Inizio contratto: Febbraio 2027 - Fine contratto: Novembre 2027, con l’obiettivo di una collaborazione continuativa per le prossime stagioni presso l’Hotel Splendido, con un percorso di crescita.
  • Retribuzione lorda mensile + ratei di 13° e 14° mensilità + TFR in busta paga separata.
