As suas principais responsabilidades são:

  • Receber e cumprimentar os hóspedes e visitantes à entrada do hotel, proporcionando uma primeira impressão calorosa e acolhedora.
  • Acompanhar os hóspedes à receção e / ou a outros locais do hotel
  • Assistência com Bagagem: Ajudar os hóspedes com a bagagem, tanto na chegada quanto na partida, garantindo que seja transportada de forma segura e eficiente.
  • Fornecer informações sobre o hotel, direções dentro do hotel, e recomendações sobre atrações locais, experiências, restaurantes e serviços.
  • Organizar serviços de transporte, como chamadas de táxi, transferes para aeroportos e outros meios de transporte solicitados pelos hóspedes.
  • Monitorar a entrada e saída de pessoas do hotel, garantindo a segurança dos hóspedes e do hotel.
  • Ajudar os hóspedes com a bagagem, tanto na chegada quanto na partida, garantindo que seja transportada de forma segura e eficiente.
  • Entregar e recolher a bagagem nos quartos dos hóspedes.
  • Manter uma postura profissional, elegante e impecável, refletindo os padrões do hotel de 5 estrelas.
  • Personalizar o serviço sempre que possível, lembrando-se das preferências de hóspedes frequentes.
  • Resolver problemas ou preocupações dos hóspedes de forma eficiente e discreta.
  • Atender a pedidos especiais dos hóspedes, garantindo a sua satisfação.

Requirements

O que Procuramos

As suas qualificações incluem:

  • Escolaridade: 12º ano ou similar
  • Experiência prévia em hotelaria de luxo ou em funções de serviço ao cliente de alto nível é preferencial.
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação interpessoal e habilidades de atendimento ao cliente e proatividade
  • Forte ética de trabalho, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos, em feriados e fins de semana, conforme necessário.
