The posting

Como Practicante Profesional de Pastelería en Miraflores Park, a Belmond Hotel, Lima, apoyarás de manera integral al área de Pastelería y Panadería, manteniendo los altos estándares de calidad (LQA) y seguridad alimentaria (HACCP). Tu rol será clave para agilizar de manera integral las actividades del área de Pastelería y Panadería. Las responsabilidades principales incluyen:

  • Apoyar en la elaboración de pasteles, postres y panes.
  • Aprender el recetario que se maneja en el área de pastelería.
  • Realizar el Mise in Place del día.
  • Almacenar los productos en los recipientes y equipos asignados y a las temperaturas adecuadas.
  • Realizar técnicas de dosificación, mezclado, amasado, refinado, batido, decorado etc.
  • Dar soporte al proceso de cierre al término de la jornada.
  • Proponer nuevos tipos de postres, panes y pasteles.
  • Asistir al Jefe de Pastelería, Panaderos y Pasteleros
  • Aprender y aplicar las normas HACCP y estándares LQA
  • Aplicar las buenas prácticas de Manipulación (BPM).
  • Mantener limpio su indumentaria y puesto de trabajo
  • Apoyar en las tareas de limpieza de los utensilios y equipos utilizados en el proceso.

Requirements

Lo que tú aportas:

  • Egresado de las carreras de Pastelería, Repostería y/o Técnicos de Gastronomía.
  • Dominio a nivel básico del idioma inglés.
  • Conocimientos técnicos en Panadería, pastelería fina y pastelería comercial.
  • Se valorará la experiencia laboral previa.
