The posting

L'ufficio Risorse Umane dell'Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice, è alla ricerca di un/a tirocinante per la stagione 2027. L'inizio è previsto tra febbraio e marzo, per un impegno settimanale di 40 ore, dal lunedì al venerdì, festività escluse.

La risorsa affiancherà le colleghe in varie attività dell'ufficio, tra cui:

- data entry e archiviazione digitale;

- supporto nella creazione e nello sviluppo di attività per il personale;

- supporto nella gestione della formazione, dalla creazione dei percorsi di training all'apertura della classe e al controllo dei registri;

- gestione delle comunicazioni interne e partecipazione alla redazione del giornalino per il personale;

- partecipazione al comitato mensa e collaborazione nella gestione degli alloggi staff e altre attività in base alla predisposizione della risorsa.

Requirements

Questa opportunità di stage è rivolta esclusivamente a studentesse e studenti universitari o neolaureate/i di master in Gestione delle Risorse Umane o Diritto del Lavoro o di percorsi di laurea attinenti, come Psicologia del Lavoro.

Viene richiesta una disponibilità a tempo pieno (40 ore settimanali su 5 giorni) fino a fine settembre 2027.

È indispensabile una conoscenza fluente sia dell'italiano che dell'inglese.

Viene richiesta una buona capacità dell'uso degli strumenti informatici, dalla posta elettronica a Excel e Power Point o Canva.

Verranno ritenuti fondamentali la discrezione, una buona capacità comunicativa in contesti diversi, l'attenzione al dettaglio e l'abilità di sapersi organizzare e gestire le priorità.

Preferibile la residenza in zona e una buona conoscenza della città.

Le candidature prive di questi requisiti o dei documenti necessari per lavorare in Italia non potranno essere prese in considerazione.
