Buscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) Civil para atuar no acompanhamento e fiscalização de projetos e obras em diferentes localidades, garantindo que as execuções estejam aderentes aos projetos, especificações técnicas, cronogramas e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos.

O profissional fará parte de um projeto voltado ao setor financeiro, com atuação próxima a fornecedores, empreiteiras, equipes técnicas e demais envolvidos.

A posição possui forte componente de campo e envolve viagens frequentes, tanto por via aérea quanto rodoviária. Nos deslocamentos rodoviários, poderá ser utilizado veículo próprio ou disponibilizado pela empresa, conforme a necessidade e planejamento das atividades.

Responsabilidades

  • Acompanhar projetos de engenharia civil, reformas, adequações e implantação de infraestrutura;
  • Realizar visitas técnicas e vistorias em obras em diferentes localidades;
  • Fiscalizar a execução dos serviços, verificando aderência aos projetos, memoriais, especificações e padrões estabelecidos;
  • Validar a qualidade e conformidade dos serviços executados;
  • Acompanhar cronogramas e evolução das obras;
  • Identificar desvios, não conformidades, riscos e necessidades de correção durante a execução;
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos, registros de campo, evidências fotográficas e acompanhamento de pendências;
  • Analisar projetos, plantas, layouts, memoriais e demais documentações de engenharia;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos requisitos técnicos, de qualidade e segurança aplicáveis às atividades;
  • Realizar deslocamentos e viagens para acompanhamento presencial das diferentes frentes do projeto.
  • Formação superior completa em Engenharia Civil;
  • Registro ativo no CREA;
  • Experiência com acompanhamento, fiscalização ou gerenciamento de obras;
  • Experiência com leitura e interpretação de projetos, plantas e documentação técnica;
  • Conhecimento de processos de medição, acompanhamento de cronogramas e controle de execução;
  • Capacidade para elaboração de relatórios e pareceres técnicos;
  • Conhecimento de Excel e ferramentas de acompanhamento de projetos;
  • CNH categoria B válida e prática na condução de veículos;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes por via aérea e rodoviária;
  • Disponibilidade para realizar deslocamentos rodoviários utilizando veículo próprio ou veículo disponibilizado pela empresa, conforme a demanda;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação no modelo de contratação PJ.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com obras de agências bancárias, instituições financeiras, escritórios corporativos ou ambientes comerciais;
  • Experiência com reformas e adequações de unidades em operação;
  • Conhecimento de AutoCAD, MS Project ou ferramentas similares;
  • Conhecimentos complementares em instalações elétricas, hidráulicas, climatização e prevenção e combate a incêndio;
  • Experiência na gestão e fiscalização de fornecedores e empreiteiras.

  • Modelo de contratação: Pessoa Jurídica (PJ);
  • Remuneração: R$ 12.000,00/mês;
  • Atuação: acompanhamento de projetos, visitas técnicas, fiscalização e validação de obras;
  • Viagens: frequentes, por via aérea e rodoviária;
  • Deslocamentos rodoviários: veículo próprio ou disponibilizado pela empresa;
  • CNH: categoria B obrigatória.
