Objetivo da posição:

Suportar e viabilizar o Programa de Continuidade de Negócios da organização, apoiando na identificação, avaliação e mitigação de riscos que possam impactar a continuidade dos processos críticos, assegurando a preparação, resposta e recuperação da empresa diante de incidentes, crises e interrupções operacionais.

Responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar a implementação, manutenção e evolução do Programa de Continuidade de Negócios (PCN).
  • Atuar na elaboração de cenários de indisponibilidade e estratégias de mitigação de impacto, estruturadas em Planos de Contingência Operacional (PCO).
  • Realizar e atualizar Análises de Impacto nos Negócios (BIA - Business Impact Analysis).
  • Elaborar, revisar e manter Planos de Continuidade de Negócios (PCN), Planos de Contingência, Planos de Recuperação e Manuais de Crise.
  • Coordenar testes, exercícios e simulados de continuidade.
  • Monitorar junto a 1° linha, planos de ação decorrentes de testes e avaliações de riscos.
  • Apoiar a gestão de crises, participando das estruturas de resposta e recuperação quando acionadas.
  • Elaborar indicadores, métricas e relatórios executivos sobre Continuidade
  • Atuar na disseminação da cultura de continuidade e resiliência operacional.
  • Interagir com a área de T.I., no acompanhamento de incidentes.
  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Gestão de Riscos, Segurança da Informação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência na implantação, manutenção ou evolução de Programas de Continuidade de Negócios (PCN).
  • Conhecimento prático em Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
  • Elaboração e manutenção de Planos de Continuidade de Negócios (PCN);
  • Planos de Contingência Operacional (PCO);
  • Planos de Recuperação;
  • Planos de Gestão de Crise;
  • Manuais de Crise.
  • Conhecimento de metodologias de Análise de Riscos.
  • Vivência na condução de testes e simulados de continuidade.
  • Conhecimento de gestão de incidentes e gestão de crises.
  • Experiência na elaboração de indicadores, dashboards e relatórios executivos.
  • Capacidade de mapear processos críticos de negócio.
  • Conhecimento em elaboração de fluxos, procedimentos e documentação corporativa.
  • Experiência em interação com áreas de TI para acompanhamento de incidentes relevantes.

  • Remuneração: R$ 8.768,45 CLT
  • Benefícios: Assistência Médica e Odonto Amil, VR, VT e seguro de vida;
  • Horário: 08h às 17h de segunda a sexta;
  • Modelo: hibrido, presencial de 2 a 3 vezes por semana;
  • Local: Barra Funda.
