Omschrijving

Wij zijn voor het Ministerie van Economische Zaken & Klimaat op zoek naar een Deelprojectleider Proces & Mens. Binnen een programma gericht op de afhandeling en het herstel van schade als gevolg van voormalige mijnbouwactiviteiten in Zuid-Limburg, werk je aan de verdere inrichting van de regeling Herstel in Natura (HiN).

Als Deelprojectleider Proces & Mens ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen van het uitvoeringsproces, de aansluiting op de volledige keten en de verander- en implementatieopgave. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de inrichting, samenstelling en opleiding van het uitvoeringsteam. Het procesontwerp wordt ontwikkeld met behulp van de service blueprint-methodiek, waarbij verschillende ketenpartners actief worden betrokken.

Je opereert op het snijvlak van procesontwerp, dienstverlening en implementatie. Waar de projectleider verantwoordelijk is voor de integrale regie en stakeholdermanagement, richt jij je op de inhoudelijke uitwerking, tactische realisatie en samenwerking met inhoudelijke specialisten.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontwerpen en optimaliseren van processen voor de regeling Herstel in Natura.
  • Toepassen van de service blueprint-methodiek bij het ontwikkelen van de end-to-end keten.
  • Faciliteren van ontwerp-, validatie- en werksessies met stakeholders en ketenpartners.
  • Bewaken van de samenhang tussen procesontwerp, uitvoering en dienstverlening.
  • Vertalen van ontwerpen naar een uitvoerbare werkwijze en implementatieaanpak.
  • Samenstellen, begeleiden en opleiden van het uitvoeringsteam.
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen vanuit het perspectief van de schademelder.
  • Samenwerken met inhoudelijke specialisten en bijdragen aan de realisatie van deelproducten.

Wat vragen wij?

Eisen:

  • Afgeronde WO-masteropleiding.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring binnen programma- en projectstructuren.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met project- of programmamanagement binnen complexe maatschappelijke dossiers bij de overheid.

Aanvullende wensen:

  • Ervaring met of kennis van het Limburgse en/of Groningse mijnbouwdossier, dan wel aantoonbare ervaring in de Limburgse regio.
  • Ruime aantoonbare ervaring als service designer (meer dan 5 jaar).
  • Ervaring met het toepassen van de service blueprint-methodiek voor het ontwerpen van volledige ketens binnen een productie-, uitvoerings- of schadeherstelomgeving.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het opzetten en faciliteren van workshops en validatiesessies rond procesontwerp.
