Omschrijving

Wij zijn op zoek naar een HR Business Partner voor gemeente Venlo in Noord-Limburg. De organisatie werkt aan een sterke en toekomstgerichte HR-dienstverlening, waarbij HR-beleid daadwerkelijk moet landen binnen de teams. De opdracht vraagt om een ervaren HR Business Partner die leidinggevenden ondersteunt bij organisatieontwikkeling, teamontwikkeling en complexe personele vraagstukken. De HR Business Partner vormt de brug tussen P&O en de organisatie, is een stevige gesprekspartner voor het management en vertaalt strategische HR-doelstellingen naar praktische oplossingen en concrete resultaten.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Adviseren van het management over organisatieontwikkeling, strategische personeelsplanning, teamontwikkeling en de toepassing van HR-beleid en -instrumenten
  • Analyseren van HR-data en vertalen van signalen en trends naar concrete adviezen en interventies
  • Ondersteunen van leidinggevenden bij de doorvertaling van teamdoelen naar individuele ontwikkelafspraken en bij de uitvoering van de gesprekscyclus
  • Stimuleren van teamontwikkeling en begeleiden van teams in hun groeiproces
  • Betrokken zijn bij capaciteitsvraagstukken, selectie van sleutelposities en de toepassing van arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Adviseren bij complexe casuïstiek zoals verzuim, disfunctioneren, arbeidsconflicten of integriteitskwesties
  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van HR-beleid en -instrumenten binnen de eigen aandachtsgebieden

Wat vragen wij?

  • Afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting Human Resource Management
  • Minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als HR Business Partner
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het analyseren en interpreteren van P&O-data
  • Kennis van en ervaring met strategische personeelsplanning
  • Kennis van en ervaring met HR21 binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie, waaronder functieonderhoud en functiewaarderingsvraagstukken
  • Ervaring met het adviseren van management en leidinggevenden over complexe HR-vraagstukken
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in de Nederlandse taal
  • Omgevingsbewust, organisatiesensitief en onafhankelijk in je advisering
  • Sterk in probleemanalyse, schriftelijk vaardig en resultaatgericht
