Omschrijving

Wij zijn voor de Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA) op zoek naar een ervaren Projectleider Organisatieontwikkeling en Transformatie. De NVWA bewaakt de gezondheid van dieren en planten, het dierenwelzijn, de veiligheid van voedsel en consumentenproducten en handhaaft natuurwetgeving.

Per 1 januari 2027 worden vier auditteams en het huidige cluster Stelseltoezicht samengebracht in de nieuwe afdeling Systeemtoezicht & Audits. Deze afdeling speelt een sleutelrol in de verdere ontwikkeling van systeemtoezicht binnen de NVWA en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de NVWA 2028-strategie. Daarnaast wordt een nieuw toezichtsveld rondom cyber- en fysieke weerbaarheid ontwikkeld.

Binnen deze veranderende omgeving ligt de uitdaging in het versterken van samenwerking, eigenaarschap en uitvoeringskracht. Als Projectleider Sturing en Ontwikkeling begeleid je deze transformatie en zorg je ervoor dat strategische ambities worden vertaald naar concrete resultaten.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het projectteam.
  • Je verdeelt werkzaamheden en stelt prioriteiten.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van projecten en ontwikkeltrajecten.
  • Je stuurt op het realiseren van afgesproken resultaten.
  • Je ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van de nieuwe afdeling Systeemtoezicht & Audits.
  • Je stimuleert samenwerking over teamgrenzen heen.
  • Je draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling en operationalisering van systeemtoezicht.
  • Je ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van de visie op audits en de implementatie daarvan.
  • Je begeleidt innovatie en pionierswerk rondom cyber- en fysieke weerbaarheid.

Wat vragen wij?

Eisen:

  • Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als projectleider.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met procesoptimalisatie, transformatie- en verandervraagstukken.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met de ontwikkeling van bedrijfsstrategie.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met het opzetten en uitvoeren van design sprints als design sprint facilitator en workshop facilitator.

Aanvullende wensen:

  • Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met de Strategyzer-modellen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Programma & Project Canvas.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Design Thinking-principes.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Lean Startup-methoden.

  • Je kunt je goed inleven in de belangen van verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je toont overtuigend leiderschap.
