  • Share best practices of product development with the entire engineering team with the goal of increasing the quality of product delivery company-wide.
  • Strive to be exceptionally outcome-focused where features are built and assessed vs quantifiable metrics decided in advance.

The Candidate

  • You have at least five years of experience supporting the development of a complex SaaS application as a product professional.
  • You must have experience building products that support investment professionals (equities experience is highly preferred over fixed income because this is what the company is mostly trading)
  • Deep understanding of agile practices and experience implementing/ improving those practices at previous organisations.
  • A demonstrated track record of using qualitative and quantitative measures to prioritise a product roadmap that drives measurable business outcomes.
  • Outcome focused. You judge everything you do by the outcomes that you deliver and hold yourself accountable to them.
  • You are comfortable in (and enjoy) extremely fast-paced environments that will stretch you out of your comfort zone.
  • Organised & detailed. From vision to roadmap to sprint, your operations and communications are precise, extensive, clear and derived from the first principles of users, data and shared success. Across all forms of communication, you combine flexibility and clarity to deliver information in various ways, so the entire audience is engaged, inspired and informed.
  • You engage in spirited constructive debates in a calm professional manner.
  • You build teams on a foundation of trust and hold a strong, action-oriented belief in the differentiating power of creating diverse, equitable and inclusive teams. You can provide examples from your track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing Product teams as a result.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
