About the Role:

As a highly skilled Senior PM/ Product Team Lead, you will work closely with the CTO and play a pivotal role in the

Product team by:

  • Communicating the product vision to help teams work towards common goals;
  • Maintaining a customer-focused product roadmap via close collaboration with senior leadership;
  • Managing the execution from ideation to launch of product offerings, ensuring stable and effective

product operations;

  • Managing the gathering of customer requirements and the prioritization of product features;
  • Partnering with engineering, design, clinical, marketing and project management teams to deliver

high-quality features that increase user value;

  • Contributing to the development of product monitoring systems and processes;
  • Fostering a culture of growth and mentoring product team members to develop their professional skills.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management or product development, preferably including

experience in fast-growing tech startups;

  • Bachelors degree (Computer Science, Engineering or related fields will be considered a plus);
  • Experience in software development processes and cycles, agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum);
  • Experience in collaborating with various departments and teams inside and outside the organization;
  • Experience in managing teams will be considered a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Positive energy and can-do mentality.
