Du möchtest wissen, wie es hinter den Kulissen eines Reiseveranstalters aussieht und wie Organisation, Zahlen und Kundenservice zusammenwirken? Dann ist unsere Ausbildung im Büromanagement genau das Richtige für Dich! Bei uns lernst Du, wie ein modernes Tourismusunternehmen funktioniert - von der zentralen Organisation bis hin zur Buchhaltung.

Du startest mit einer Einführungsveranstaltung gemeinsam mit allen neuen Auszubildenden und durchläufst danach verschiedene Abteilungen unseres Unternehmens.

Dazu zählen beispielsweise:

  • Zentrale Dienste: Empfang von Gästen, Beauftragen von Handwerkern
  • Rechnungswesen: Prüfen von Rechnungen, Durchführung von Buchungen
  • Dokumentenversand: Drucken und Zusammenstellen von Reiseunterlagen zum Versand
  • Kundenservice: Bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen und -reklamationen
  • Marketing: Zusammenarbeit mit Druckereien zur Werbemittelerstellung

Während Deiner Ausbildung erwarten Dich regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche mit den zuständigen Ausbildungsbeauftragten sowie Azubi-Treffen bei denen wir uns offen austauschen können. In kleinen Lerngruppen bekommst Du die Gelegenheit Dein Schulwissen zu vertiefen, um optimal auf Prüfungen vorbereitet zu sein.

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Schulausbildung (mittlere Reife oder (Fach-)Abitur)
  • Interesse an kaufmännischen Abläufen & Organisation sowie Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen & Daten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein runden Dein Profil ab
