Wir suchen Yield Manager (m/w/d) für verschiedene Produktbereiche. Je nach Profil und Erfahrung finden wir gemeinsam den passenden Einsatzbereich.

  • Du steuerst und optimierst Preise und Kapazitäten mit dem Ziel, Marge und Auslastung kontinuierlich zu verbessern
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Produktmanagement und Flugeinkauf zusammen und bringst deine Expertise aktiv in Entscheidungen ein
  • Du kommunizierst mit Airlines, Hotels, Reedereien und Agenturen und behältst alle relevanten Parameter im Blick
  • Du analysierst laufend Buchungs- und Auslastungsentwicklungen und leitest passende Dispositionsmaßnahmen ab
  • Du passt Kontingente an, setzt Stop Sales und bearbeitest Anfragen sowie Umbuchungen
  • Du legst Flug- und Hotelstämme an, pflegst diese und sorgst für eine hohe Datenqualität

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Eine touristische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Tourismus
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Yield- oder Revenue Management, idealerweise in der Reisebranche
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit touristischen Buchungssystemen (z. B. WBS-Blank, Amadeus Vista, Travelport)
  • IATA-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
  • Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Teamgeist, Kreativität und die Motivation, richtig was zu bewegen
  • Du bist gerne mittendrin statt nur online und kommst an 2–3 Tagen pro Woche in unser Büro nach Rengsdorf
