Bij Bey by Bergman Clinics Utrecht zoeken we een enthousiaste Frontoffice medewerker die hét visitekaartje van onze kliniek wil zijn. Jij bent het eerste gezicht dat onze cliënten zien en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich vanaf het eerste moment welkom voelen. Daarnaast vind je het leuk om mee te denken, initiatief te nemen en samen met het team iedere dag nét dat stapje extra te zetten. Onze kliniek is geopend van 08.00 tot 17.30 uur en je bent voor 32 uur per week beschikbaar.

Wat ga je doen?

Geen dag is hetzelfde! Jij bent de spil van onze frontoffice en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het warm ontvangen en begeleiden van onze cliënten.
  • Het in- en uitchecken van cliënten en het beheren van de agenda’s.
  • Administratieve werkzaamheden rondom afspraken, betalingen en documenten.
  • Het beantwoorden van telefoon en e-mails.
  • Het netjes en representatief houden van de ontvangstruimte en spreekkamers.
  • Het oppakken van extra werkzaamheden die bijdragen aan een gastvrije en professionele uitstraling van de kliniek.
  • Met jouw servicegerichte instelling zorg je ervoor dat iedere cliënt met een goed gevoel onze kliniek binnenkomt én weer verlaat.

Wat breng jij mee?

Jij bent iemand die energie krijgt van contact met mensen en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je blijft rustig wanneer het druk is, denkt in oplossingen en ziet werk liggen.

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je ruime ervaring in een servicegerichte of hospitality-omgeving.
  • Heb je minimaal een mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ben je representatief, vriendelijk en communicatief sterk.
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en kun je goed schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden.
  • Ben je voor 32 uur per week beschikbaar.
