Hoe jij impact kunt maken als Applicatiespecialist AFAS

Als Applicatiespecialist AFAS ben jij de expert achter een stabiele, gebruiksvriendelijke en toekomstbestendige AFAS-omgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat HR-processen optimaal zijn ingericht en aansluiten bij de behoeften van collega's in de hele organisatie. Daarbij vertaal je gebruikerswensen naar slimme oplossingen die schaalbaar en beheersbaar zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met HR, collega-applicatiebeheerders en externe leveranciers. Als Applicatiespecialist AFAS krijg je veel ruimte om verbeteringen aan te dragen en zelfstandig te realiseren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Beheren, optimaliseren en doorontwikkelen van de AFAS-omgeving
  • Testen en implementeren van nieuwe functionaliteiten binnen AFAS
  • Oplossen van tweedelijnsvraagstukken en complexe gebruikersvragen
  • Vertalen van gebruikersbehoeften naar organisatiebrede oplossingen
  • Meewerken aan projecten zoals overnames, procesverbeteringen en wijzigingen in arbeidsvoorwaarden

Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn in deze rol?

Als Applicatiespecialist AFAS weet je hoe technologie HR-processen kan versterken. Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt zelfstandig en voelt je prettig in een organisatie die continu in ontwikkeling is. Je kijkt verder dan de vraag van vandaag en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen voor morgen. Daarbij weet je de juiste balans te vinden tussen gebruiksgemak, standaardisatie en beheersbaarheid. Ook heb je de ambitie om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen het landschap van HR-systemen.

Verder breng je mee:

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met AFAS-beheer, testen en het zelfstandig uitvoeren van projecten
  • Kennis van Agile werken is een pre
  • Kennis van BiSL is een pre

Wat krijg je hiervoor terug?

Wij geloven dat goede zorg begint bij onze medewerkers. Daarom zorgen wij goed voor jou.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Een bruto maandsalaris, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, tussen de €3.500,- en €5.395,-, op basis van een fulltime dienstverband (40 uur per week);
  • Vakantiegeld, een eindejaarsuitkering (beide a 8,33%) en deelname aan de pensioenregeling bij ASR;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding a € 0.23 p/km, thuiswerkvergoeding en laptop en telefoon;
  • In totaal 28 vrije dagen o.b.v. een fulltime (40 uur) dienstverband; 24 vakantiedagen en 4 vitaliteitsdagen, waarvan 1 vrij te besteden op of rond je verjaardag en 3 voor persoonlijke- of functiegerichte ontwikkeling;
  • De mogelijkheid om 19 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. fulltime) bij te kopen

Hier ga je werken

Als Applicatiespecialist AFAS werk je op het hoofdkantoor van Bergman Clinics in Naarden, goed bereikbaar met zowel de auto als het openbaar vervoer. Je maakt onderdeel uit van de afdeling IT Delivery, Zorg en Bedrijfsvoering. Binnen een Agile team werk je dagelijks samen met de Product Owner, Scrum Master en collega-specialisten. Daarnaast onderhoud je veel contact met HR-collega's, projectleiders, klinieken en externe leveranciers.

Bergman Clinics is geen traditionele zorgorganisatie. We combineren hoogwaardige planbare zorg met een zakelijke en innovatieve manier van werken. Hierdoor krijg je als Applicatiespecialist AFAS de kans om écht impact te maken op processen die duizenden collega's ondersteunen.
