Bij Bergman Clinics zijn we op zoek naar één of meer allround KNO-artsen voor onze moderne vestigingen in Rijswijk en Capelle aan den IJssel. Staan optimale kwaliteit van zorg en de beste patiënttevredenheid bij jou hoog in het vaandel en heb je een ondernemend karakter? We zoeken enthousiaste KNO-artsen die mee willen bouwen aan onze divisie Keel- Neus- Oorheelkunde binnen Bergman Clinics.

Hoe jij impact kunt maken als KNO-arts

Bij Bergman Clinics kun je jouw vak in de volle breedte uitoefenen. Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om je te focussen op een specifiek aandachtgebied of om je meer te richten op jouw leiderschapskwaliteiten. Op onze nieuwe locatie in Rijswijk zijn twee volwaardige KNO-spreekkamers. De OK faciliteiten bevinden zich in Hilversum. Bij Bergman Clinics zijn er korte lijnen en wordt er gezorgd voor korte wachttijden. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je patiënten snel, goed en persoonlijk kan helpen.

Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn in deze rol? We zijn op zoek naar een initiatiefrijke, gedreven en ondernemende teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Het onderhouden van contacten met verwijzers en collega’s gaat je makkelijk af en je hebt oog voor de patiënt. Daarnaast moedigen we het aan dat je als collega meedenkt met en meebouwt aan het realiseren van nog betere zorg binnen de divisie KNO.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

  • Een professionele medische werkomgeving met een informele cultuur met mogelijkheden tot innovatie, groei en ontwikkeling
  • Het salaris en overige arbeidsvoorwaarden van een KNO-arts conform de cao Arbeidsvoorwaarden Medisch Specialisten (AMS), gebaseerd op een 45-urige werkweek en gecorrigeerd voor het aangegane dienstverband (0,6 tot 1,0 FTE) en een variabele beloning
  • Wij bieden een reiskostenvergoeding aan voor woon-werk van 0,23 cent per km, met een maximum van 80 km enkele reis

Hier kom je te werken

Je komt te werken op onze kwalitatief hoogwaardige locatie in Rijswijk of Capelle waar ook andere divisies (o.a. orthopedie, dermatologie, vrouwenzorg en oogheelkunde) van Bergman Clinics zijn gehuisvest.

De divisie KNO bestaat uit 13 KNO-artsen verspreid over de verschillende locaties. De hoofdlocatie van KNO bevindt zich in Hilversum. Op deze locatie zijn een grote polikliniek en 2 OK’s (Klasse I) gehuisvest waar zowel kinderen als volwassenen worden behandeld. Daarnaast hebben wij een nauwe samenwerking met het UMC Utrecht. Er wordt gezamenlijk dienst gedaan waardoor de dienstbelasting relatief laag is.

Bergman Clinics is een groeiende organisatie en biedt tal van mogelijkheden voor jou om mee te groeien. De zorg binnen KNO bieden wij aan op 8 klinieken door het hele land, waardoor het ook mogelijk is om op verschillende locaties werkzaam te zijn.
