Werkzaam zijn als oogarts in een kliniek waar vakmanschap en teamprestatie centraal staan? Dat kan bij ons! In onze vestiging in Maastricht en Heerlen bieden we een uitdagende plek voor een allround oogarts met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. We zorgen voor een goede werk-privébalans, zodat we samen de zorg optimaal kunnen uitvoeren.

Hoe jij impact kunt maken als Oogarts

Als oogarts bij onze kliniek speel jij een cruciale rol in het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van leven van onze patiënten. Jij krijgt de unieke kans om te werken binnen verschillende facetten van de oogheelkunde, zoals cataract, glaucoom, en maculadegeneratie. Wat ga je doen? De mogelijkheden die we bieden zijn veelzijdig en omvatten werkzaamheden op zowel de polikliniek, als in de operatiekamer en de zelfstandige behandelkamer. Hierdoor krijg je de kans om verschillende aspecten van de oogheelkunde te ervaren en je vaardigheden in diverse omgevingen verder te ontwikkelen. Daarnaast maak je onderdeel uit van patiëntenbesprekingen, kliniek- en vakgroepvergaderingen. Binnen het team oogartsen zijn er naar rato, alleen bereikbaarheidsdiensten voor onze eigen patiënten. Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn in deze rol? Je bent een oogarts met een actuele BIG-registratie. Je bent proactief, gedreven en ondernemend, met goede communicatieve vaardigheden en oog voor de markt en innovaties. Het onderhouden van contacten met verwijzers en collega’s gaat je makkelijk af. Het uitvoeren van cataractchirurgie is geen vereiste, maar wel een mogelijkheid. Een deelspecialisatie en affiniteit met management zijn een pré. We zoeken een oogarts die beschikbaar is voor minimaal 18 uur per week. De werkdagen zijn in overleg. Twijfel je of de functie als oogarts bij Bergman Clinics bij jou past? Hier ga je werken Je komt te werken in Maastricht en Heerlen samen met 3 collega oogartsen op locatie en vormt een team met 2 oogartsen op de locatie Venray. Je werkzaamheden uitbreiden naar de kliniek in Venray wordt toegejuicht. Je wordt ondersteund door een groep optometristen, Toa’s en een orthoptiste en superviseert een ervaren ANIOS. De klinieken in Maastricht en Heerlen beschikken over respectievelijk een volledige operatiekamer en een poliklinische behandelkamer. YAG– en Argon laser zijn aanwezig en poliklinisch is uitgebreide diagnostische apparatuur aanwezig.
