Werk als Operatieassistent OK in onze kliniek in Hilversum en draag elke dag bij aan veilige, hoogwaardige zorg. Je werkt in een moderne omgeving waar specialistische behandelingen plaatsvinden binnen onder andere huidzorg, oogzorg en vrouwenzorg. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om jouw vakmanschap in te zetten én verder te ontwikkelen.

Hoe jij impact kunt maken als Operatieassistent OK

Als Operatieassistent OK zorg jij ervoor dat ingrepen veilig, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen verlopen. Dankzij jouw deskundigheid kunnen medisch specialisten optimaal hun werk doen en ontvangen cliënten de persoonlijke aandacht en zorg die zij verdienen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je instrumenteert, assisteert en loopt om tijdens poliklinische operaties.
  • Je ondersteunt de medisch specialist bij het positioneren, desinfecteren en afdekken van de cliënt.
  • Je controleert vooraf het operatieprogramma en zorgt dat instrumenten, materialen, apparatuur en cliëntgegevens compleet aanwezig zijn.
  • Je beheert en controleert de operatiekamer en maakt medische apparatuur gebruiksklaar volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidseisen.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan overleggen en levert een bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van de zorg, het team en de organisatie.

Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn in deze rol?

  • Een diploma Operatieassistent (CZO-erkend of gelijkwaardig).
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en patiëntveiligheid.
  • Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende situaties en blijft rustig als de planning verandert.
  • Je werkt graag samen met artsen en collega’s binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Bereidheid om, indien van toepassing, deel te nemen aan bereikbaarheids- of oproepdiensten.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Salaris conform FWG 55 van de cao ZKN: €4.043,- tot €6.058,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, exclusief vakantietoeslag en eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en vakantietoeslag van 8%.
  • Een contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
  • 160 vakantie-uren en 72 PLB-uren per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband van 40 uur.
  • Mogelijkheid om een POS-certificering of post-anesthesieopleiding via Bergman Clinics te behalen.
  • Toegang tot meer dan 100 online trainingen via de Bergman Academy.
  • Diverse vitaliteitsregelingen, waaronder bedrijfsfitness, een fietsplan, fruit op het werk en stoelmassages.
