Bij Bey by Bergman Clinics, de esthetische divisie van Bergman Clinics, werken uitsluitend professionals die het verschil willen én kunnen maken. Wegens uitbreiding is er ruimte voor een zelfstandig KNO-arts. Wij bieden de ruimte en faciliteiten die passen bij de toonaangevende focuskliniek binnen Nederland.

Hoe jij impact kunt maken als Plastisch KNO-arts

Als KNO-arts bij Bey by Bergman Clinics ben je verantwoordelijk voor de esthetische neuscorrecties. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar ook nauw samen in een professioneel team met eigen consulenten, anesthesiologen, OK-assistenten en andere medisch specialisten, zoals KNO-artsen en Plastisch chirurgen Je bent betrokken bij het volledige behandeltraject: van consult en operatie tot nazorg en innovatie. Je houdt je spreekuur op de verschillende buitenpoli locaties van Bey by Bergman Clinics en voert je operaties uit in ons high-end OK complex in Hilversum.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je voert hoogwaardige esthetische neusoperaties uit;
  • Je bouwt je expertise en aandachtsgebieden verder uit binnen een stimulerende werkomgeving;
  • Je begeleidt cliënten van eerste consult tot nazorg en bent bepalend voor hun beleving en resultaat;
  • Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van behandelmogelijkheden en kwaliteitsverbetering;
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s in de kliniek, waaronder verpleegkundigen, anesthesiologen en ondersteunende teams;
  • Je denkt mee over procesoptimalisatie en innovatie in de zorg;

Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn in deze rol?

Je bent een gedreven KNO-arts die streeft naar de hoogste kwaliteit en uitstekende cliëntbeleving. Je bent ondernemend, innovatief en weet wat er nodig is om een hoogwaardige praktijk verder te laten groeien.

Verder heb je;

  • Je een afgeronde specialisatie KNO (RGS- en BIG-geregistreerd);
  • Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring op KNO gebied met specifieke scholing in esthetische neuscorrectiesLidmaatschap van de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Keel-Neus-Oorheelkunde en Heelkunde van het Hoofd-Halsgebied (NVKNO);
  • Beschikbaarheid van minimaal 2 dagen per week;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en oprechte betrokkenheid bij cliënten;
  • Teamgerichtheid – je voert je eigen praktijk, maar werkt ook samen met andere KNO-artsen en plastisch chirurgen. Samen til je de groep naar een hoger niveau en zorg je voor continuïteit van zorg;
  • Bereidheid om bij te dragen aan marketing en zichtbaarheid van jouw expertise binnen de divisie.
