  • Koordynacja i kontrola jakości robót instalacji zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych wod.-kan oraz instalacji wentylacji i klimatyzacji prowadzonych przez podwykonawców
  • Odpowiedzialność za dokumentację wykonawczą (w tym raporty postępu prac)
  • Współpraca z geodetą w zakresie wytyczania obiektów w terenie oraz kontrola w zakresie zgodności wytyczenia z projektem wykonawczym
  • Odpowiedzialność za gospodarkę materiałową (zarówno własną, jak i ocena jakości materiałów stosowanych przez podwykonawców)
  • Współudział w przygotowaniu i ocenie zapytań ofertowych oraz doborze podwykonawców
  • Kontrola realizacji harmonogramu wykonanych robót, protokołów i raportów od podwykonawców
  • Udział w przygotowywaniu raportów z postępu prac na budowach wraz z dokumentacją fotograficzną
  • Udział w naradach roboczych: z Zespołem Biura Budowy, z Podwykonawcą oraz z Nadzorem Inwestora
  • Gotowość do pracy na terenie Angoli <- warunek konieczny
  • Wyższe wykształcenie techniczne z zakresu Inżynierii Środowiska
  • Mile widziane uprawnienia budowlane w specjalizacji sanitarnej
  • 2-3 letnie doświadczenie na stanowisku Inżyniera Budowlanego w projektach kubaturowych
  • Praktyczna wiedza z przebiegu procesu budowlanego
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie przy realizacji projektów zamówień publicznych
  • Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office i AutoCAD
  • Komunikatywna znajomość jęz. angielskiego, mile widziany j. portugalski
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B.
  • Umiejętność efektywnej pracy w zespole, wysoka komunikatywność, samodzielność
  • Współpracę na podstawie kontraktu B2B bezpośrednio z firmą docelową
  • Kontrakt na 18-24 miesiące, z możliwością przedłużenia na czas nieokreślony
  • Atrakcyjne wynagrodzenie
  • Przeloty na start/zakończenie projektu oraz dodatkowo 2 loty w roku do Polski na urlop
  • Organizację większości kwestii formalnych niezbędnych przy relokacji (proces wizowy/legalizacja pobytu)
  • Pokrycie większości kosztów życia na miejscu: zakwaterowanie wraz z serwisem sprzątania, samochód z kierowcą, obiady w dni robocze, abonament telefoniczny, leczenie
