Cel stanowiska

Tworzenie cyfrowego modelu 3D hali produkcyjnej poprzez wykonywanie skanów 3D, przetwarzanie chmur punktów oraz przygotowywanie danych do dalszej pracy w środowisku CAD.

  • Obsługa skanera 3D oraz wykonywanie pomiarów na terenie hali produkcyjnej
  • Skanowanie maszyn, stanowisk roboczych, wyposażenia, infrastruktury oraz elementów hali
  • Planowanie i realizacja procesu skanowania poszczególnych obszarów
  • Kontrola jakości oraz kompletności wykonanych skanów
  • Import, łączenie i obróbka chmur punktów
  • Czyszczenie oraz optymalizacja danych pomiarowych
  • Weryfikacja poprawności wymiarów i zgodności danych ze stanem rzeczywistym
  • Konwersja danych do formatów wykorzystywanych w środowisku CAD
  • Przygotowywanie danych do importu do CATIA
  • Współpraca z inżynierem CAD oraz zespołem inżynieryjnym Klienta przy tworzeniu cyfrowego modelu hali
  • Wykształcenie techniczne lub status studenta/absolwenta kierunków: Mechanika i Budowa Maszyn, Mechatronika, Inżynieria Produkcji, Automatyka i Robotyka, Geodezja lub pokrewnych
  • Umiejętność czytania rysunku technicznego
  • Dobra orientacja przestrzenna
  • Umiejętność pracy z modelami 3D lub systemami CAD
  • Doświadczenie z obsługą skanerów 3D
  • Dokładność oraz dbałość o szczegóły
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia
  • Gotowość do pracy na hali produkcyjnej
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Zatrudnienie przez Bergman Engineering na okres 3 miesięcy (czas budowy modelu fabryki) z możliwością przedłużenia po zakończeniu projektu
  • Zatrudnienie w ramach umowy zlecenia lub kontraktu B2B
  • Wynagrodzenie w wysokości 40-55zł/h brutto w ramach umowy zlecenia lub 40-55zł/h netto w ramach B2B
