W związku z realizacją projektu dla naszego Klienta - międzynarodowej firmy z branży autonomicznych rozwiązań, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko: L2 Support Specialist z językiem niemieckim (k/m/n)

• Planowanie, harmonogramowanie i realizacja aktualizacji firmware’u na serwerach fizycznych (bare metal), obejmujących m.in. BIOS/UEFI, iDRAC, karty sieciowe (NIC) oraz kontrolery pamięci masowej • Monitorowanie zdarzeń dotyczących kondycji środowiska AWS, komunikatów o wycofaniu zasobów (retirement notices) oraz zaplanowanych prac utrzymaniowych • Wykonywanie patchowania systemów operacyjnych oraz aktualizacji kernela na serwerach Linux (zarówno w chmurze, jak i środowiskach fizycznych) zgodnie z procedurami Change Management • Pełnienie roli punktu eskalacyjnego L2 dla incydentów infrastrukturalnych – diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z infrastrukturą serwerową, systemami operacyjnymi oraz połączeniami sieciowymi

• Doświadczenie w administracji serwerami Linux (fizycznymi oraz chmurowymi) • Doświadczenie w wykonywaniu aktualizacji systemów Linux oraz pracy zgodnie z procedurami zarządzania zmianą (Change Management) • Doświadczenie w pracy z infrastrukturą serwerową, firmware’em oraz w rozwiązywaniu problemów sprzętowych • Umiejętność diagnozowania i rozwiązywania incydentów infrastrukturalnych na poziomie L2 • Znajomość środowiska AWS oraz monitorowania zdarzeń i prac utrzymaniowych • Podstawowa znajomość zagadnień sieciowych oraz umiejętność diagnozowania problemów związanych z systemami operacyjnymi, sprzętem i komunikacją sieciową • Doświadczenie z narzędziami ticketowymi i procesami ITIL • Mile widziana umiejętność tworzenia skryptów i automatyzacji procesów administracyjnych (Bash/Python/Ansible) • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego i niemieckiego (min. B2)
