Ihre Aufgaben

Die Bergman Clinics Augenklinik Universitätsallee ist seit über 30 Jahren eine renommierte Spezialklinik für Augenheilkunde mit einem umfassenden Leistungsspektrum in konservativer und operativer Augenmedizin mit Schwerpunkt der kompletten Retinologie in allen Schwierigkeitsgraden und Notfallversorgung. Unser interdisziplinäres Team vereint hochqualifizierte Fachärzt:innen, modernste Technik und einen patientenzentrierten Ansatz unter einem Dach.

Für den Bereich der konservativen Augenheilkunde suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Freude an fundierter Diagnostik, empathischer Patientenbetreuung und medizinischer Weiterentwicklung hat .

  • Ambulante Diagnostik und Behandlung: Durchführung konservativer augenärztlicher Untersuchungen, Behandlungen und Verlaufskontrollen
  • Dokumentation & Kommunikation: Erstellung von Befundberichten, Attesten, Gutachten und Arztbriefen im Bereich der Ophthalmologie
  • Wissenschaft & Lehre: Beteiligung an der Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung unseres ärztlichen und nichtärztlichen Personals
  • Qualitätsmedizin: Aktive Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer diagnostischen Standards und Prozesse
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Enge Kooperation mit unserem operativen Team zur ganzheitlichen Versorgung unserer Patient:innen

Ihr Profil

  • Facharzttitel für Augenheilkunde (m/w/d)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der konservativen Augenheilkunde und Interesse an Retinologie
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und medizinischer Neugier
  • Empathisches, sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Patient:innen jeden Alters
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau oder höher)
  • Interesse an fachlicher Weiterentwicklung und wissenschaftlichem Austausch
