Medizinische Verantwortung übernehmen – Anästhesie aktiv mitgestalten und dabei Feierabend um 16 Uhr – keine Nacht- und Wochenenddienste im Haus

Sie sind Facharzt für Anästhesiologie und möchten nicht nur medizinisch anspruchsvoll arbeiten, sondern auch Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung einer modernen Anästhesieabteilung übernehmen? Sie möchten eine Anästhesie leiten und trotzdem abends und am Wochenende für Ihre Familie da sein? In unserer Fachklinik ist das kein Versprechen, sondern Teil der Struktur: Wir haben keine Notaufnahme und keine Intensivstation. Operiert wird planbar und elektiv, Ihr Arbeitstag endet in der Regel um 16 Uhr, und Anwesenheitsdienste in der Nacht oder am Wochenende gibt es nicht.

Für unseren Standort Bergman Clinics – Hofgartenklinik Aschaffenburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Leitenden Facharzt für Anästhesie (m/w/d) der unser Anästhesieteam fachlich und organisatorisch führt und die Abläufe mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen mitgestaltet. Wir behandeln die Unfallchirurgie und Orthopädie mit dem Schwerpunkt Endoprothetik rund 1500 Eingriffen pro Jahr in 2 OP-Sälen – ausschließlich elektiv und gut planbar.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachärztliche anästhesiologische Versorgung unserer Patient:innen im operativen Bereich
  • Durchführung und Überwachung von Allgemein- und Regionalanästhesien entsprechend der individuellen Indikation
  • Präoperative anästhesiologische Beurteilung und Aufklärung der Patient:innen
  • Anästhesiologische Betreuung während der operativen Eingriffe sowie postoperative Versorgung
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Qualität und Patientensicherheit im gesamten anästhesiologischen Behandlungsprozess
  • Fachliche Führung und organisatorische Leitung des Anästhesieteams
  • Festlegung und Weiterentwicklung einheitlicher Standards und Prozesse, einschließlich Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation
  • Mitwirkung bei der Organisation und Weiterentwicklung der Anästhesieabteilung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Fachbereichen, der Pflege und der Standortleitung
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung von OP-Abläufen und bei der Optimierung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Förderung des fachlichen Austauschs und der Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Mitwirkung an Qualitätssicherung, Dokumentation und medizinischen Standards

Ihr Profil

  • Anerkennung als Facharzt für Anästhesiologie (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Anästhesie
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Allgemein- und Regionalanästhesie
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der präoperativen Risikoeinschätzung und perioperativen Patientenbetreuung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer leitenden oder koordinierenden Funktion
  • Führungskompetenz und Freude daran, ein Team fachlich zu begleiten und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
