Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten vor, während und nach der Sprechstunde
  • Organisation und Begleitung der ärztlichen Sprechstunden
  • Administrative Patientenaufnahme sowie Terminmanagement
  • Dokumentation medizinischer Leistungen und Vorbereitung der Abrechnung
  • Durchführung medizinisch-technischer Untersuchungen und diagnostischer Maßnahmen
  • Assistenz bei Behandlungen sowie – bei Interesse – Unterstützung unserer Fachärztinnen und Fachärzte bei ambulanten operativen Eingriffen
  • Organisation des Praxisablaufs sowie allgemeine Verwaltungs- und Organisationsaufgaben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Praxisteam

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA) (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare medizinische Ausbildung
  • Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Freude am Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Organisationsgeschick
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Praxisverwaltungssystemen und MS Office
  • Röntgenschein wünschenswert, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
