BERG is op zoek naar een Assistent Planner die ervoor zorgt dat onze logistieke operatie soepel verloopt. Jij houdt overzicht, schakelt snel met collega’s en zorgt dat alles op het juiste moment op de juiste plek terechtkomt. Samen zorgen we iedere dag voor een gestroomlijnde operatie.

Create your future Als Assistent Planner ondersteun je de planners bij het coördineren, administreren en bewaken van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederen tijdig, correct en efficiënt worden ontvangen, verwerkt en verzonden. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met vervoerders, leveranciers en interne afdelingen en zorg je ervoor dat alle logistieke gegevens en documentatie op orde zijn.

Je ondersteunt bij containerplanningen, transportaanmeldingen en ordervrijgaven. Ook houd je ETA's en ETD's in de gaten, verwerk je logistieke gegevens in ERP- en WMS-systemen en zorg je ervoor dat de juiste informatie beschikbaar is voor collega's binnen het warehouse en andere afdelingen.

Daarnaast vervang je bij afwezigheid de Inbound of Outbound Planner en krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen richting een plannersfunctie.

In deze rol:

· Ondersteun je bij de inbound- en outboundplanning;

· Registreer en monitor je ETA's en ETD's;

· Stem je ontvangsten af met het warehouse;

· Ondersteun je bij ordervrijgaven, transportaanmeldingen en transportplanning;

· Verwerk je logistieke mutaties, transportgegevens en documentatie in ERP- en WMS-systemen;

· Controleer en archiveer je transportdocumenten zoals Bill of Lading, paklijsten en commerciële facturen;

· Onderhoud je contact met vervoerders, leveranciers, consumerservice en het warehouse;

· Plan en coördineer je interne transporten tussen magazijnlocaties;

· Ondersteun je bij retourverwerking en assemblageplanningen

100% you Jij bent iemand die energie krijgt van plannen, organiseren en schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. Je houdt overzicht, denkt vooruit en zorgt ervoor dat informatie klopt. Daarbij werk je nauwkeurig, communiceer je gemakkelijk met verschillende partijen en vind je het leuk om problemen op te lossen voordat ze ontstaan.

Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende:

· MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in logistieke richting;

· Ervaring met ERP-systemen en MS Office;

· Ervaring met of interesse in transport- en douaneformaliteiten;

· Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, Duitse en Engelse taal;

· Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is;

· Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen;

· Je denkt vooruit, signaleert knelpunten en komt met oplossingen;

· Kennis van ARBO- en veiligheidsvoorschriften is een pré;

· Een BHV-certificaat of de bereidheid dit te behalen
