In een dynamische en internationale organisatie krijg jij de ruimte om processen te optimaliseren, technische uitdagingen aan te pakken en samen met collega’s wereldwijd onze producten naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

CREATE YOUR FUTURE Een dag als Technical Engineer begint met het bespreken van lopende projecten, nieuwe ontwikkelingen en technische vraagstukken. Samen met collega’s van R&D, engineering en productie werk je aan nieuwe producten en verbeteringen en bepaal je wat er nodig is om een project verder te brengen.

Je verdiept je in een technisch vraagstuk, werkt een ontwerp uit of analyseert een proces. Je kijkt kritisch naar technische tekeningen, denkt mee over tooling en procesparameters en zoekt op de werkvloer naar de beste praktische oplossing. Ook klachten en verbeterpunten pak je analytisch aan, waarbij je de uitkomsten vertaalt naar concrete verbeteringen.

Gedurende de dag houd je verschillende projecten en vraagstukken in beweging. Je schakelt tussen techniek, overleg en praktijk en werkt nauw samen met ontwerpteams, collega’s en leveranciers. Ook internationaal zoek je de samenwerking op en bezoek je leveranciers om samen te werken aan producten, tooling en processen die steeds beter worden.

100% YOU Als Technical Engineer ben je actief op de afdeling Purchase (Inkoop). Je bent een echte teamplayer en kan goed samenwerken met zowel je nabije collega’s als met je buitenlandse collega’s.

Om dit tot een succes te maken beschik jij over: • Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting; • Kennis op het gebied van materiaaleigenschappen; • Technisch inzicht in productieprocessen continu verbetertrajecten; • Besluitvaardig, analytisch, overtuigend en proactief; • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal is een must.
