Wij voelen ons thuis, zodra we buiten zijn. Om buiten zijn nog leuker te maken ontwikkelen en produceren wij het meest innovatieve en kwalitatieve buitenspeelgoed voor jong en oud. Dit alles met een hoge fun factor! Als stagiair of afstudeerder ga jij hier aan bijdragen door geweldige ideeën uit te werken.

Bij BERG zijn we altijd aan het innoveren. Speelplezier, veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn de drie pilaren waar ons succes op rust. De afdeling R&D is daarmee verantwoordelijk voor alle ontwikkeling van de producten. Het jonge team van 14 personen ontwikkelt de producten intern en maakt ze klaar voor productie. R&D is verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van A tot Z en heeft hierbij de beschikking over WACOM tablets, Adobe pakket, SW, Keyshot, 3D prints, een werkplaats met prototypebouwer, en nog veel meer…

In september 2026 hebben we plaats voor een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde student HBO/WO Industrieel Product Ontwerp, die beschikt over de nodige technische kennis en feeling heeft voor design. Je bent analytisch ingesteld, kent SolidWorks van binnen en buiten. Daarnaast maak je van ideeën en concepten, visuele werkelijkheden.
