Zur Unterstützung unserer Projekt- und Bauleitung suchen wir für unser Berliner Büro eine erfahrene Assistenz (m/w/d) im Baubereich mit kaufmännischem Schwerpunkt. Die Position richtet sich an Kandidaten mit Erfahrung im Bauumfeld und verbindet klassische Assistenzaufgaben mit der Mitwirkung an kaufmännischen und projektbezogenen Themen. Sie arbeiten eng mit der Bauleitung zusammen und unterstützen bei der Organisation sowie der kaufmännischen Begleitung unserer Bauprojekte.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kaufmännisches Projekt- und BudgetcontrollingUnterstützung bei Budgetanträgen sowie im laufenden Kostencontrolling
  • Vergabe- und Einkaufsmanagement – von der Ausschreibung über Angebotsprüfung und Preisspiegel bis hin zu Vergabeverhandlungen
  • Vertrags- und NachunternehmermanagementKaufmännische Prüfung von Rechnungen sowie Fristenüberwachung Unterstützung im Gewährleistungs- und Mängelmanagement
  • Rechnungs-, Gewährleistungs- und Versicherungsmanagement und dabei insbesondere kaufmännische Prüfung von Rechnungen, Fristenüberwachung sowie Unterstützung bei Gewährleistungs- und Mängelmanagement
  • Operative Projektunterstützung & SchnittstellenkoordinationEnge Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung bei der Steuerung von Bauprojekten Abstimmung mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten Aufmaßkontrolle und Baustellenbegehungen sowie Tätigkeiten auf der Baustelle und im Büro

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen in Deutschland, idealerweise im Baukaufwesen
  • Kenntnisse im Bauvertragswesen und in der VOB von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Nachunternehmern, Behörden und projektbezogenen Schnittstellen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1 Level)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
