Als Bauleiter (m/w/d) Instandhaltung / Bestandsanierung / Modernisierung / Ausbau oder Techniker (m/w/d) verantworten Sie Vorhaben in den Bereichen Instandhaltung, Sanierung, Modernisierung, Ausbau und Umbau - von der Planung und Koordination bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Dabei sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf und behalten Kosten, Qualität und Termine ebenso im Blick wie die Einhaltung gesetzlicher, behördlicher und technischer Vorgaben.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Projektsteuerung und Koordination von Instandhaltungs-, Sanierungs-, Modernisierungs-, Aus- und Umbauprojekten
  • Koordination von Bauunternehmen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung öffentlich-rechtlicher und technischer Anforderungen
  • Rechnungsprüfung, Kostenschätzungen, Baubeschreibungen und Angebotseinholung
  • Sicherstellung der pünktlichen und mangelfreien Fertigstellung im beauftragten Kostenrahmen
  • Steuerung und Abstimmung aller am Bau extern Beteiligten (Eigentümer, Unternehmen, Planer, Behörden, Mieter, Berater etc.)
  • Überwachung der Bauphase, Durchführung von Bauabnahmen, Abwicklung der Mangelbeseitigungen / Gewährleistung

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Handwerksmeister) oder Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur
  • Mehrjährige Berufspraxis
  • Kenntnis des Marktes und der Baupreise verschiedener Gewerke
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1 Level)
