Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), der die Bilanzbuchhaltung verschiedener Gesellschaften unterschiedlicher Rechtsformen verantwortungsvoll betreut und als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater und Geschäftsführung agiert.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bilanzbuchhaltung für verschiedene Gesellschaften unterschiedlicher Rechtsformen
  • Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • Erstellen von Monats-, Quartals, und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Bilanzierung nach HGB
  • Erfassung und Verwaltung des Anlagevermögens
  • Vorbereitungen im Hinblick auf die steuerliche Deklaration, Zusammenarbeit mit den Steuerberatern
  • Mitwirkung und Bearbeitung projektbezogener Aufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie Erfahrungen im Immobilienbereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanz- und Bilanzbuchhaltung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der HGB-Bilanzierung sowie Sicherheit im Umgang mit umsatzsteuerlichen Fragestellungen
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit der Buchhaltung mehrerer Gesellschaften bzw. unterschiedlicher Rechtsformen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungs- und ERP-Systemen sowie MS Excel
  • Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
