Ihre Aufgaben

Was Sie bei uns bewegen

  • Sie steuern Hauswartungen, Handwerks- und Fachfirmen und sichern die Qualität ihrer Arbeit.
  • Sie koordinieren Wartungen und gesetzliche Prüfungen und behalten Betreiberpflichten im Blick.
  • Sie prüfen Angebote, Verträge, Leistungen und Rechnungen – mit Blick für Kosten und Qualität.
  • Sie handeln bei Störungen und dringenden Fällen schnell und lösungsorientiert.
  • Sie erkennen bei Objektbegehungen Mängel und Verbesserungspotenziale und bringen die passenden Maßnahmen auf den Weg.
  • Sie begleiten Instandhaltungsarbeiten von der Beauftragung bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme.
  • Sie sorgen gemeinsam mit der Immobilienverwaltung dafür, dass technisch und organisatorisch alles rundläuft.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann von Vorteil, alternativ können Sie auf eine solide, langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Objektmanagement zurückblicken
  • MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) kennen Sie von Hause aus? SAP? Wenn ja, sehr gut, wenn nein, kein Grund, sich nicht zu bewerben, wir bringen es Ihnen bei!
