Wij zoeken een ambitieuze Accountmanager Bouwsector die met ondernemerschap ons klantenbestand in Rotterdam naar een hoger niveau tilt. Jij krijgt de vrijheid om jouw rayon te ontwikkelen, impact te maken en zichtbaar resultaat te boeken. Elke dag is anders, maar jouw missie blijft hetzelfde: bouwen aan langdurige relaties en nieuwe klanten overtuigen van de kracht van Berner.

Wat ga je doen als accountmanager:

  • Actief benaderen van potentiële klanten en uitbreiden van het klantenbestand in jouw rayon.
  • Adviseren van zakelijke klanten over ons assortiment en verkopen van producten die aansluiten op hun werkzaamheden.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige klantrelaties met bestaande en nieuwe klanten.
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen en deze omzetten in concrete verkoopresultaten.
  • Zelfstandig plannen en uitvoeren van klantbezoeken, met focus op de grootste kansen in jouw rayon.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en maken van duidelijke verkoopafspraken.
  • Realiseren van omzetgroei en behalen van commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Vergroten van productkennis en verkoopvaardigheden door trainingen en coaching.

Profiel en vaardigheden Je bent een doorzetter en ondernemer, met ervaring in direct sales, bij voorkeur in de bouwbranche. Jouw sterke netwerk en commerciële flair helpen je te excelleren.

  • Minimaal 2 jaar commerciële buitendienstervaring in de B2B-markt.
  • Actief netwerk in de bouwsector, regio Rotterdam.
  • Vaardig in het maken en opvolgen van offertes en contracten.
  • Rijbewijs B en affiniteit met digitalisering en moderne verkooptechnieken.

Je bent ondernemend, klantgericht en resultaatgedreven. Tegenslagen zie je als een kans om te groeien. Met jouw nieuwsgierige houding en vastberadenheid maak je het verschil. Bovendien werk je graag aan langdurige klantrelaties en ben je bereid om te pionieren in een dynamische markt.
