Business Developer

Berner Produkten b.v. is een toonaangevende leverancier van verbruiksmaterialen, chemische producten, gereedschappen en diensten voor professionals in Mobility en Construction.

Voor de bouwsector zoeken wij een Business Developer die met ondernemerschap, energie en overtuigingskracht nieuwe klanten binnenhaalt en duurzame partnerships opbouwt. In deze landelijke huntersrol krijg je ruimte, vertrouwen en een ijzersterk team achter je. Jij opent de deuren, haalt de klant binnen en draagt daarna warm over aan onze accountmanagers.

Je verantwoordelijkheden als Business Developer:

  • Vanuit huis bereid je je voor en regel je administratie, maar het grootste deel van de tijd ben je op pad door heel Nederland bij bouwspecialisten zoals aannemers, timmerbedrijven, dakdekkers en installateurs.
  • Bedrijfs- en inkoopprocessen worden geanalyseerd en vertaald naar een overtuigende Berner-propositie die aansluit bij de klantbehoefte.
  • Salesgesprekken worden gevoerd, productdemonstraties georganiseerd en relaties vanaf dag één opgebouwd met het oog op duurzame samenwerking.
  • Nieuwe klanten worden vlot geïntroduceerd en de levering van het afgesproken assortiment wordt geborgd volgens de afgesproken voorwaarden.
  • Inkoopkanalen zoals Inside Sales, accountmanagement en onze webshop/app worden bij de juiste contactpersonen geïntroduceerd.
  • Tijdelijk fungeer je als centraal aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe klanten, waarbij voortgang, klanttevredenheid en optimalisaties gemonitord worden.
  • Prijs- en kortingsbeleid wordt vastgesteld en het commerciële resultaat binnen jouw portefeuille is jouw verantwoordelijkheid.

Profiel & vaardigheden

Je bent een zelfstarter met discipline en doorzettingsvermogen. Je weet mensen te overtuigen, schakelt makkelijk tussen niveaus en krijgt energie van het bouwen aan relaties. Samenwerken doe je moeiteloos, je zoekt actief de verbinding op en krijgt mensen in beweging. Met jouw klantgerichte mindset zie je kansen en pak je die direct op.

  • MBO/HBO-werk- en denkniveau
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstfunctie
  • Ervaring in construction-branche is een must
  • Technische affiniteit
