Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Aufgaben – Das erwartet dich

  • Du unterstützt unser People Team im abwechslungsreichen Tagesgeschäft und erhältst spannende Einblicke in den HR-Bereichen Recruitement & Operations
  • Du wirkst bei unterschiedlichen Prozessen und organisatorischen Aufgaben rund um unsere Mitarbeitenden mit.
  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung verschiedener People Themen und Projekte.
  • Du hilfst dabei, interne Abläufe und Prozesse zu optimieren und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen und unterstützt bei administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten.
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und gestaltest aktiv mit, um eine positive Employee Experience zu fördern.

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil – Das bringst du mit

  • Du bist eingeschriebener Student in Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsycholgie oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und hast Lust und Zeit uns für 6 Monate im Rahmen eines Praktikums zu unterstützen
  • Du interessierst dich für HR, Recruiting und die vielfältigen Themen rund um People & Culture.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenständig und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, aufgeschlossen und hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Du gehst verantwortungsbewusst und diskret mit vertraulichen Informationen um.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du bringst Eigeninitiative, Neugier und Lust mit, Neues zu lernen und eigene Ideen einzubringen
  • Du hast Lust und Zeit uns für 6 Monate im Rahmen eines Praktikums zu unterstützen.
