Job Description

As a VIP Account Manager (Spain), you will support the Account Management Team, ensuring VIP players experience exceptional service, and following best practice in customer retention.

You will be responsible for retaining players, by delivering strategy that increases our VIP portfolio's numbers, value and longevity.

With responsibility for retention, customer service and regulatory compliance within a selected customer base, your initial focus will be on helping to develop and implement the VIP strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry.
  • Fluent Spanish language skills, both written and verbal with an excellent standard of English. Additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Highly analytical and data driven mind-set.
  • Experience in building and managing relationships with sports and casino clients.
  • Awareness of the industry and the risks involved.
  • Knowledge of cost visibility and budget monitoring.

Additional Information

  • Helping to develop a VIP program that combines customer service, retention and promotional management.
  • Ensuring Responsible Gaming controls are understood, implemented, audited and part of the department culture.
  • Helping the VIP Team to cultivate lasting relationships with VIP customers across sports and gaming.
  • Providing cultural insights into consumer behaviors and preferences
  • Managing and executing internal VIP promotional strategies.
  • Developing campaigns appropriate to the territory, to attract and retain valuable customers.
  • Revising and formulating the department’s policies and procedures, ensuring implementation.
  • Tracking and reporting the performance of the VIP Program against agreed targets to Senior Management.
