Зараз ми шукаємо Спеціаліста із кадрового обліку до нашої команди.

Шукаємо організовану та уважну до деталей людину, якій комфортно працювати з документами та самостійно планувати своє навантаження. Ця позиція добре підійде тому, хто цінує структурність, точність та відповідальність у щоденній роботі.

Обов’язки:

  • Повний цикл кадрового адміністрування: прийняття на роботу, звільнення, переведення співробітників.
  • Підготовка кадрових наказів та іншої кадрової документації.
  • Формування та ведення особових справ співробітників.
  • Оформлення та адміністрування відпусток і лікарняних.
  • Ведення штатного розпису та кадрової документації.
  • Підготовка довідок з місця роботи та інших документів для співробітників.
  • Підготовка та супровід договорів, додаткових угод та актів.
  • Ведення військового обліку — буде перевагою, але ми готові навчати.
  • Підготовка документів до аудитів та перевірок.
  • Контроль відповідності кадрових процесів трудовому законодавству та внутрішнім політикам компанії.
  • Підтримка актуальної інформації в HR-системах (HiBob, 1С тощо).
  • Ведення документації, пов’язаної зі співпрацею з гравцями спортивних турнірів.
  • Взаємодія з бухгалтерією та юридичним відділом щодо кадрової документації.
  • Архівування кадрових документів та забезпечення конфіденційності персональних даних.
  • Інші задачі, пов’язані з діяльністю компанії.

Вимоги:

  • Досвід роботи до 1 року у сфері кадрового адміністрування та кадрового документообігу.
  • Досвід роботи з 1С буде перевагою.
  • Впевнене володіння програмами Microsoft Office.
  • Готовність працювати у гібридному форматі, оскільки обмін та зберігання документів відбуваються в офісі.
  • Англійська мова на рівні Upper-Intermediate.
