Du kennst dich mit Softwarearchitekturen aus und möchtest gemeinsam mit deinem Projektteam Lösungen für unterschiedliche Kunden und Geschäftsprozesse erarbeiten und umsetzen. Architekturen vorausschauend zu definieren ist für dich genauso selbstverständlich wie die Anforderungen des Kunden adäquat umzusetzen. Dazu arbeitest du gern im Team.

Du wirst:

  • maßgeschneiderte Softwarearchitekturen für unterschiedliche Kunden und Geschäftsprozesse analysieren, entwickeln und optimieren
  • technische Konzepte entwickeln und evaluieren, Kunden beraten und Lösungen abstimmen, in der Entwicklung vorangehen und dein Team in der Umsetzung coachen
  • als erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für die erfolgreiche technische Umsetzung verantwortlich sein
  • mit deinem Verständnis von IT-Bestandssystemen bis Cloud- und Microservices die langfristige Tragfähigkeit unserer Lösungen in der Systemlandschaft unserer Kunden sicherstellen
  • dein Know-how einsetzen, um technische Komplexität zu erkennen und gemeinsam mit deinem Team und mit dem Kunden zu reduzieren
  • dein Team von 5 bis 10 Kolleg:innen in allen Bereichen fachlich führen – von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Entwicklung bis Go Live und DevOps. Und als gutes Beispiel vorangehen

Du hast:

  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise in Kundenprojekten
  • Teams erfolgreich als Lead-Entwickler:in oder als technische:r Architekt:in in Projekten geführt
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von objektorientierter Softwarearchitektur in Java
  • gute Kenntnisse von Standards und Methoden des Softwarearchitekturentwurfs, also dem IT-Design von Anwendungssystemen und Web-Applikationen
  • einen Hochschulabschluss in Informatik oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit IT-Affinität
  • gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
