Du wirst:

  • maßgeschneiderte Software von Frontend bis Datenbank entwickeln - Fullstack heißt das Zauberwort
  • fachliche Bedürfnisse des Kunden analysieren und in funktionierende Codes überführen
  • die Code-Qualität hochhalten und deine Arbeit dokumentieren
  • durch kreative Herangehensweise auch komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darstellen
  • juniorige Kolleg:innen anleiten und dein Wissen an sie weiterleiten
  • Verantwortung innerhalb von Projekten übernehmen

Du hast:

  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von komplexen Java-Projekten
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in Java sowie in der Client Entwicklung (z.B. Vue.js, React oder Angular)
  • einen guten Universitäts- oder Hochschulabschluss in Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit starker IT-Ausrichtung
  • verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • bereits erste Verantwortung in Projekten übernommen, bspw. für Features oder ein kleines Team
  • Freude an direktem Kundenkontakt und daran, komplexe fachliche Anforderungen technisch elegant zu lösen

Du triffst auf:

  • Komplexe businesskritische Projekte bei Kunden, in denen du schnell Verantwortung übernehmen sollst
  • flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle und mobiles Arbeiten. Für die gute Zusammenarbeit und das gemeinsame Lernen im Projekt sind für uns ein bis zwei Tage pro Woche im Office ideal
  • aktive Communitys zu fachspezifischen Themen, in denen du Lernen und deine Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens aktiv anbringen kannst
  • umfangreiche Aus- und Weiterbildungsprogramme
