Als Global Brand Manager (m/w/d) führst du das Marketingteam in Beckum fachlich und disziplinarisch. Du entwickelst Markenstandards und das Corporate Design kontinuierlich weiter und sorgst für einen konsistenten Markenauftritt weltweit. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern stärkst du die globale Markenpräsenz der BEUMER Group und trägst maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung und erfolgreichen Positionierung unserer Marke bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst die globale Markenstrategie der BEUMER Group kontinuierlich weiter und begleitest ihre internationale Umsetzung
  • Du führst und entwickelst das Marketingteam in Beckum fachlich und disziplinarisch und förderst eine offene, vertrauensvolle und leistungsstarke Teamkultur
  • Du entwickelst die Marke BEUMER sowie unser Corporate Design auf globaler Ebene weiter und stellst einen konsistenten Markenauftritt über alle Regionen, Gesellschaften und Kommunikationskanäle hinweg sicher
  • Du verantwortest das globale Brand Book sowie das Corporate Design Manual und entwickelst beide kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du definierst und etablierst gruppenweite Standards, Richtlinien und Vorlagen und sorgst für deren konsequente Anwendung
  • Du berätst Management, Führungskräfte, Mitarbeitende und internationale Stakeholder in allen Fragen rund um Marke, Corporate Design und Markenstandards
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Global People & Culture zusammen, um die Employer Brand im deutschen Markt und weltweit weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du steuerst internationale Branding-Initiativen und begleitest deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Design oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung und Entwicklung von Teams
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen B2B-Marketing mit Schwerpunkt Brand Management, Corporate Branding oder Corporate Communications
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung globaler Markenstrategien sowie in der Weiterentwicklung internationaler Marken
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Corporate Design, Markenstandards und konsistenter Markenführung
  • Erfahrung im Einsatz moderner KI-Tools zur Unterstützung von Marketing- und Kommunikationsprozessen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
