Du möchtest praktische Erfahrung in der Unternehmenskommunikation sammeln und Einblicke in die interne sowie externe Kommunikation eines global agierenden Unternehmens erhalten? Dann werde für sechs Monate in Vollzeit Praktikant Global Corporate Communications (m/w/d) bei der BEUMER Group.

Als Teil unseres Global Corporate Communications Teams arbeitest du direkt an internen und externen Kommunikationsprojekten mit. Gemeinsam gestalten wir Kommunikation über Länder, Standorte und unterschiedliche Zielgruppen hinweg, begleiten unser Management kommunikativ und erzählen die Geschichten unseres Unternehmens nach innen und außen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt bei der internen und externen Unternehmenskommunikation der BEUMER Group.
  • Du recherchierst Themen und erstellst redaktionelle Inhalte für interne Kommunikationskanäle sowie die Presse- und Medienarbeit.
  • Du wirkst bei der Kommunikation und Positionierung unseres Managements mit und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Beiträgen, Briefings und weiteren Kommunikationsformaten.
  • Du bereitest den internen CEO Talk inhaltlich vor und unterstützt bei der Aufbereitung von Fragen und Antworten im Nachgang.
  • Du entwickelst Fachbereichs-Content, beispielsweise zu Innovation oder Produktion, für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle und unterstützt die redaktionelle Planung.
  • Du arbeitest bei der Planung und kommunikativen Begleitung von internen und externen Veranstaltungen sowie Kampagnen mit.
  • Du unterstützt internationale Kommunikationsprojekte und arbeitest mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus unterschiedlichen Ländern und Regionen zusammen.
  • Du übernimmst eigene Recherchen und kleinere Projekte und bringst deine Ideen aktiv in das Team ein.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein Studium in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Medien, Journalismus, Public Relations, Marketing oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung abgeschlossen oder befindest dich aktuell in einer Studien- oder Ausbildungspause.
  • Alternativ verfügst du über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Bezug zu Kommunikation, Medien oder Marketing.
  • Du möchtest praktische Erfahrung in der internationalen Unternehmenskommunikation sammeln und dich fachlich weiterentwickeln.
  • Du schreibst gerne und hast ein gutes Gespür für Sprache, Storytelling und unterschiedliche Zielgruppen.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
  • Deine Deutschkenntnisse liegen mindestens auf B1-Niveau.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig.
  • Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Team.
