Bevatel is hiring a Senior SaaS Sales Specialist to drive revenue expansion for our cloud communication solutions (Cloud Call Center, Unified WhatsApp, SMS) across the Egyptian market. You will lead end-to-end sales efforts—identifying new enterprise leads through active field outreach, presenting tailored product demos, and nurturing existing B2B accounts to maximize retention and upsell opportunities. New Business Acquisition (Hunter) Proactively map, target, and acquire new B2B clients in Egypt through direct outdoor field visits, networking, and industry events. Lead discovery sessions to uncover client pain points in customer service and communications, positioning Bevatel’s SaaS platforms as the ideal solution. Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure. 2. Account Management & Growth (Farmer) Serve as the trusted strategic advisor for key corporate accounts to ensure high product adoption and customer satisfaction. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities (e.g., adding channels, expanding licenses) across our existing client portfolio. 3. Market Alignment & Product Consultation Deliver engaging, consultative live product demonstrations to C-level executives, operation heads, and IT directors. Work closely with internal Product and Technical Support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and rapid resolution of account inquiries. Requirements Experience: 3+ years of proven track record in outdoor B2B software/SaaS sales within the Egyptian market. Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding field sales quotas. Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud solutions, and customer communication workflows. Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, active listening, and negotiation skills in professional Arabic and business English. Mobility: Willingness to conduct regular outdoor client visits and face-to-face meetings across the Greater Cairo area. Benefits Competitive base salary + performance-driven commission structure.
